    Vietnamese people take their food seriously. More than simply exciting the palate, traditional Vietnamese cuisine is a philosophy. The combination of myriad textures, the subtle use of fragrant herbs, and the elegance of its presentation, is the soul of Vietnamese food.

    Le Dalat is proud to present a splendid procession of traditional and innovative Vietnamese dishes, in particular, classic specialties from Vung Liem, a southern province in the Mekhong Delta. In our very personal and cozy surroundings Madame Hoa herself has carefully selected each dish in this menu for you to savour and enjoy, and our dishes are presented on Annamese blue and white porcelain, painted by hand by skillful Vietnamese artisans.

    Our blue lotus motif and our “DALAT” emblem represent our commitment to offer you the very best of Vietnamese gastronomy.
